My time at Ilia State University was a meaningful and enriching experience that played a significant role in shaping both my academic and personal growth. The university provided a supportive learning environment, with dedicated professors who encouraged critical thinking, independence, and continuous improvement. Through my studies, I gained strong theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills that prepared me for real-world challenges.

One of the most memorable aspects of my journey at ILIAUNI was its diverse and inclusive community. I was fortunate to build genuine friendships that made adjusting to life in a new country much easier. Being away from my parents was challenging at first, but the friends I made at Ilia State University became a strong support system and truly felt like a second family. These friendships, along with collaborative projects and academic discussions, strengthened my confidence and enriched my overall university experience.

Overall, my education at Ilia State University has had a lasting impact on my career path and personal development. The experiences, knowledge, and connections I gained continue to support my professional journey, and I am sincerely grateful for the foundation the university provided. I would highly recommend Ilia State University to prospective students seeking both quality education and personal growth.

Studying BBA at Ilia State University (ILIAUNI) pushed me to refine the way I process information and structure decisions. Every class placed me in a truly diverse environment, where international students from different academic cultures studied alongside local students who brought their own grounded perspectives. This combination created a genuine laboratory of viewpoints.

The lectures were rich in context, yet the lecturers designed their classes in a way that demanded active participation rather than passive note-taking. They transformed theory into something that had to be handled, tested, and defended. I learned to approach business concepts not as static textbook material, but as dynamic systems with moving parts that respond to human behavior.

I am sincerely grateful to the university, the dean, and the management team for maintaining the academic standards that made such an environment possible, and for fostering a culture where students are encouraged to think with intention rather than routine.

Certain lecturers, in particular, reshaped my entire learning experience. Maya Melikidze, Ani Cherkezishvili, and Irine Guruli transformed the classroom atmosphere through the way they designed their lessons. Their classes felt more like workshops than traditional lectures. They moved beyond the conventional speaking–listening format, introducing tasks that required deep analysis, debates that challenged weak reasoning, and assignments that reflected real operational challenges.

Their teaching pushed me far beyond the habit of passive observation. They made learning an active and demanding process. I would like to thank them personally for the clarity, discipline, and confidence their teaching instilled in me. Their influence has left a lasting impact on how I think, solve problems, and approach unfamiliar situations with structure rather than guesswork.

After 10 years of managerial experience, I began to question whether the way I managed my team and executed projects and products was truly effective. After reflecting and evaluating myself, I decided to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA), where I could both validate my experience and learn best practices in business administration in a more practical and structured way.

While searching for universities, I came across Ilia State University. I found that the course content perfectly matched my expectations and career goals. Initially, I was concerned that, as an international student relocating to another country, communication and the enrollment process might be challenging. However, I experienced a very smooth, quick, and efficient process. I am especially grateful to the Ilia State University International Coordination Team for their continuous support throughout the entire procedure.

I am fully satisfied with the course structure, the study materials, and the facilities provided by the university, all of which have contributed significantly to my academic and professional growth. What I appreciate the most are the teaching methods and the way the professors deliver the material. All professors are highly knowledgeable and bring valuable practical experience, as many of them hold managerial positions in their respective fields. This allows them to share real-world insights alongside theoretical knowledge. Additionally, through various activities and guest lectures, I have gained everything I expected from Ilia State University.

I strongly recommend Ilia State University to my friends and professional network, especially to those who are considering studying abroad.

Furthermore, both Georgian and international classmates are very supportive and cooperative. Georgian people are welcoming, kind, helpful, and friendly. Georgia itself is a beautiful, safe, and vibrant country.
